1. We accept returns and exchange for defective parts within 7 days only.

2. Exchange or returned items within 7 calendar days, with reasons considered to be an error on the customer’s side such as wrong part number, wrong diagnosis, excess quantity of parts ordered, or sudden change of mind, will have an additional 30% re-stocking fee.

3. There will be a 50% re-stocking fee for items returned after 7 calendar days.

4. We will NOT ACCEPT any items for return nor exchange after 30 calendar days (1month).

5. All receipt such as Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Official Receipt, must be handed over when returning or exchanging an item. NO RECEIPT, NO EXCHANGE/RETURN.

6. Please return the item with Return Slip on hand.

7. Euro Auto Part Center, Inc. will only accept item/s in good condition on its original packaging, intact and free of any damage from customer when returned.

8. All payments for special/indent orders are non-refundable.
